The Butler: Sales & Marketing Automation System
- In stock, ready to ship
- Inventory on the way
A good host never looks busy. That's the staff.
You work the room — calls, appointments, DMs, the conversations that turn into money. And you're also the one clearing the glasses: writing the notes, filling in the CRM, digging back through Tuesday to remember what you promised somebody.
Nobody does both of those well. So the room gets worked, the cleanup gets skipped, and the guy who messaged on Tuesday never hears back. He doesn't tell anybody you dropped him. He just buys from somebody who answered.
This is the thing that follows behind you instead. It runs on your own computer, on your own accounts, and it does six jobs.
What it does
- It coaches your sales calls. Reads yesterday's transcripts and writes one set of notes per call: what happened, the exact moment the call turned with your own words quoted back at you, the one thing to change next time, and the first line of the follow-up to send. Against your framework, not generic sales advice.
- It counts the night. Yesterday's money from your merchant accounts and your CRM on one page, against the day before and the same day last week.
- It remembers who you owe. What's past due, what's today, who's gone quiet — and the actual first line to send on every stalled thread.
- It answers what's waiting. Finds the threads where somebody spoke last and you never replied, then writes the reply in your voice, straight to your drafts.
- It finds the guest nobody spoke to. Messenger, Instagram and LinkedIn — the inboxes where leads go to die.
- It writes down the stories. A week of posts pulled from what actually happened to you.
The one rule
It drafts. It doesn't send. Every reply lands in your drafts folder. Every post lands as a draft. Nothing goes out with your name on it until you've read it. Anything that needs an actual human gets flagged instead of written.
What you get
- The whole system — six lanes, every script, the scheduler
- A setup that checks your machine first, then interviews you and wires up only the accounts you need
- Six setup videos, about 20 minutes, recorded over the shoulder
- A 15-minute onboarding call to get you dialled in
- Every lane built from here — podcast, SEO, speaking, YouTube, backlink outreach — added free as they're finished
Before you buy — the honest part
- This is a digital product, and all sales are final once the files are delivered. There is no refund after download. Read this whole page before you buy, and if anything below is a problem, don't.
- Runs on Mac, Windows or Linux. That computer has to be awake when the work is due. Two-minute setup, and it isn't optional.
- It costs money to run. Roughly $50–115/month in Claude usage on top of the price, plus a Claude subscription. That goes to Anthropic, not to us.
- You'll open a terminal. About nine commands, and there's a document that teaches them.
- It drafts and never sends. If you want full autopilot, this isn't it.
$997 for the first 50. Then it goes to $1,297.
