Our commitment

Call The Damn Leads wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target. It is the most widely recognized standard for web accessibility. We check the site regularly with automated tools and by hand, and we fix what we find.

What we have done

  • Page headings follow a clear outline, so screen reader users can jump through a page quickly.
  • Menus open and close from the keyboard, and the Escape key closes them.
  • Images have text descriptions, and purely decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
  • Buttons and links have names that say what they do.
  • Our contact, question and comment forms ask you to confirm your details before sending.
  • Tooltips that could not be dismissed have been removed.

The site also offers an optional accessibility toolbar that lets you adjust things like text size and contrast. It is an extra option, not a replacement for the work above.

Known limitations

Some features come from outside providers, and we cannot change their code directly: product reviews, the offers shown in the cart, delivery estimates, and Shopify's checkout. We ask those providers to fix accessibility problems when we find them. If any part of the site gets in your way, contact us and we will help you finish your purchase another way.

Tell us what page you were on and what happened. Every email gets a reply, and we will work on the problem. If you cannot complete an order online, we can take it by phone or email.
