Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Delivery Times:
- Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time of order when possible. Some items, including Tees, Hoodies, Hats may be printed on demand, meaning they take a little extra time to be created. This may extend the processing time by an additional 7-10 days depending on our vendors.
- Domestic Shipping (USA): Delivery takes approximately 5 - 10 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 10 - 15 business days.
Important Notice for Peak Seasons and Holidays:
- During major holidays and busy seasons, shipping times may be extended. We advise allowing up to 21 days for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- For the most accurate information on your package's location, please use the USPS tracking link provided during the shipping process.
- If you have any other issues with shipping please reach out to us directly.
Insurance and Lost Packages:
- Each package is insured up to $100.
- If a package is marked as "lost" or "not delivered," please consult USPS tracking information as a first step.
- Packages returned to sender due to wrong address or otherwise can be resent at the customers expense for secondary shipping charges. If you would like a refund for a returned package, you may do so for a 20% restocking fee of the items.
- Packages lost and/or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are NOT the responsibility of Call The Damn Leads, please confirm your shipping information is correct before placing your order. There is nothing we can do to make adjustments to information we are unaware of at the time of shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with any issues.
- Items must be in brand new condition to qualify for return or exchange.
- Returns only accepted for misprinted or crooked designs.
- Returns or exchanges for 'change of mind' are not accepted.
- If you are concerned about a sizing issue, please order 1 size larger than normal as our products can run small from time to time.
