Stop stirring the same mess. Change the recipe.

You know the loop. Same worry on the stove, same excuse, same "I'll deal with it later," reheated for months until you can't smell it anymore.

That's Poop Soup. And most of the time we cooked it ourselves.

Written with Kayla Sweet, this book gives you The Poop Soup Method™, a 5-step process for working out what you dumped in the pot, turning down the heat, breaking the pattern, and cooking something better.

What you'll get out of it

  • Spotting the emotional ingredients quietly wrecking your peace
  • Cutting the stirring: overthinking, avoiding, calling procrastination "processing"
  • Lowering the heat before everything boils over
  • Taking action on the days motivation doesn't show up
  • Swapping old patterns for ones you'd actually keep

Every chapter runs real stories, plain-language psychology, and a step you can take that day. There's a free workbook too, linked inside the book.

Fair warning

There are fart jokes. The metaphor sticks. Once you see it you'll never unsee it, and that's kind of the point.

Why "Poop Soup"?

Because farts are always funny, but a teaspoon of poop ruins the whole pot.

Almost nobody wrecks their life with one giant mistake. They do it slowly, one small ingredient at a time, and never notice until the whole thing stinks.

Read it if

You feel stuck and can't explain why. You keep replaying the same conversations. You want a framework simple enough to remember at 11pm when your brain won't shut off.

You don't have to hit rock bottom to change. You just need a better recipe.

Just started the book and it’s good so far. Great angle and I like the concept so far. Looking forward to implementing and going through the other books too.

If you’re feeling stuck or maybe you don’t know you’re stuck- this book will unstick you! Or at least get you moving and put into a better mindset. Definitely recommend and the people I’ve shared it with have loved it as well!

Great read and author is genuine

This second book is a great one. It’s really nice to see how much you’ve grown beyond the Stewmen character and leaned into the idea that life is about more than money and instagram status. Excellent work on the book, and best of luck continuing to crush it. Dan

Change your thinking 🤔

This book is good...really good. It's not a bunch of psychological mumbo jumbo, it's real-life lessons curated by two people who have lived the ups and downs. As a former youth and children's pastor, I would highly recommend it for teens but honestly, we all need to keep these principles in front of us. Well done, y'all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Self-Help Book That Doesn’t Stink… Even If It Talks About Stuff That Does

I didn’t expect a book about life’s messy moments to make me laugh, think, and occasionally snort like I just heard a perfectly timed fart… but here we are. Poop Soup somehow mixes wisdom, honesty, and humor without ever feeling like it needs to hold its nose. The message hit hard (kinda like taco night on a bad timeline): stop sitting in your own crap and start changing the recipe. Simple. Clear. No BS. And frankly… refreshing. If you’re tired of stewing in the same problems and stirring the same pot hoping the smell will magically go away, this book is the fan you’ve been waiting for.Highly recommend! Your life might not immediately smell like roses afterward, but it definitely won’t reek of excuses anymore.
