This was the first book I ever wrote, back in 2021. Subtitle on the cover is A Simple Guide to Success in Business and Life Through Service to Others, and that's about right.

It's where I came from and how I got out.

What's in it

I was over 300 pounds and going nowhere. I worked the night life, I worked tech support, I made a long list of decisions I'm not proud of. Then I started paying attention to what actually moves a life forward, and it turned out to be the boring stuff: showing up, doing the work, and serving people before you ask them for anything.

Somewhere in there I lost more than 100 pounds, met the people who changed my trajectory, and ended up with a career in sales I never planned on.
