We all have things that we don’t want to do. Maybe your goal is to get your fitness on track. What that might mean for you is that you have to start waking up earlier in order to get to the gym. 

 

Doing things like sending emails, staying late at work to land a deal, or even yard work at home can suck from time to time. On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we are reminded that when we just do the work that we know needs done, our life will only get better. 

 

What are you avoiding today? Not all tasks have to be on your shoulders alone. At some point, you can hire other individuals to assist you in the areas that suck, and you will be able to do more things that don’t suck. You just have to keep putting in the work. Tune in to learn more.
