Most people do not enjoy long-distance running...or running at all for that matter! If you have ever trained for a half or full marathon, then you understand the pain and struggle that comes with it physically and mentally. 

 

As we race towards achieving our goals in life, it’s easy to start feeling burnout. Our minds will convince us that the end is nowhere in sight, and the results we’ve been working towards are too far away.
