We all have goals for what we want in life, for who it is we want to become. Some of us want to run a big business and gain financial success. Others of us might be more focused on our fitness goals and would love to lose weight or set a new PR at the gym for squats. Whatever the goal is, we have to take action towards it. 

 

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we are reminded that we already know what needs to be done, but that some of us are making excuses and not showing up to do the work. We will never hit our fitness, financial, or relationship goals if we don’t consistently put in the work it takes to have it. 

 

If you are not finding success at home, then ask yourself if you’ve been doing the things that would make the relationship with your spouse and children better? What are you waiting for? If you know what needs to be done and are choosing not to do it, then you will never succeed. Remember why you started this journey. Tune in to learn more.
