Everyone who listens to this podcast is someone who is on their way to becoming a super successful individual. You have said to yourself and to others that you were going to make it. When we have such goals, there is a lot of action that needs to be taken if we are to actually succeed.

If we want to win a fitness competition, then we have to be the kind of people who have a clean diet and have learned how to do what it takes to be a competitor. 

 

When we decide to shift our dreams into goals, we have to have a plan formulated that we can take action on. Learning from those who have created the success we are looking for is key. Look at their routine and daily habits…are they waking up at 4 am, or sleeping in until 10:30? Do they drink Red Bull? Change who you are so that you can become who you were meant to be.
