As entrepreneurs and business owners, it’s easy to get stuck in our heads thinking about all of the ideas we have and feel we must take action on. It’s hard to turn our brains off! This not only can cause burnout, but it starts to create distance within our relationships. 


On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we are reminded to slow down and take a break from time to time. It’s so important to understand the true power of what rest does for our self-care and our ability to crush the day, even more, when we take necessary breaks.
