Being disciplined is a difficult task for some of us. It would be nice if we could just show up at the gym only once or twice a week and still have a-rockin' body. That’s not how it works sadly. Having a clean diet and staying consistent with a gym routine is key!

 

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we learn that “daily disciplines will dictate the direction of your life.” When we choose to stay focused on our goals, it becomes easier to convince ourselves to wake up at 4:15 every day to get our day started. When we take action with purpose, we can create the level of success that we are looking for.
