[[EMBEDDED_PLAYER]]

Most of us start out each New Year strong by going to the gym, changing our diet, and trying new things. Our vigor to reach these new goals often begins to fade usually after the first month. Before we even realize it, we are hitting the snooze button and making excuses.

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we learn that we have to stop making excuses and start thinking differently. We have to rewire our thoughts from believing that we can’t overcome certain habits, to believing that we can and are fully capable of doing so!

Drewbie shares: If you don’t like going to the gym, but you plan on losing weight and getting stronger...then it’s time to learn to love the gym. When we learn to love the process, we can stay consistent and reach our goals! Tune in to learn more.

What You’ll Learn:
