Unlike Milk, Life Has No Expiration Date | CTDP Ep. 23
Nobody on this planet knows without a doubt when they will draw their last breath. Time is limited, but we have no idea just how much time each one of us has. If we want to be the sort of individual that crushes each day, then we have to start waking up with gratitude for the people and the moments that make our life worth living.
On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” Drewbie encourages us that tomorrow is never promised, so we should go out every day and enjoy our life. It’s important that we are able to live the life we want. Sometimes depression and anxiety will set in, but they only shine a light on why it’s so important to be grateful for everything that we do have.
If you are willing to give it your all by showing up early, staying late, putting in the extra reps at the gym, then your life will be a life worth living. We determine if we succeed or not in this life, by the actions we choose to take daily, and by the intentions, we set each day. Tune in to learn more.
What You’ll Learn:
- How every one of us has an unknown expiration date.
- Why when we wake up with a heart full of gratitude, each day of our life will be better.
- That it’s very important to be grateful for the time that we have and to take action on living the life we truly want.
