The Goal Vs The Why | CTDP 301
As Entrepreneurs and High achievers, we all have the tendency to set massive goals. At times it might seem as though we haven’t moved any further towards reaching them, and this can feel very frustrating.
When we have fitness goals, it’s easy to see the first 10 or 15lbs of weight drop off, and so we get excited! The further we go down the fitness journey, it becomes more difficult to see each small change that happens within each workout session.
