Many of us have done a lot of soul searching while on this journey. We have been able to face our past traumas and begin making the necessary changes in our lives. For some of us, we have yet to start that journey. 

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” Drewbies shares with us that we’ve got to look deep within and find our “why”...our internal purpose. Once we have we can grow and progress forward, becoming better leaders.
