Getting Disciplined With Time | CTDP 315

We all get the same 24 hours each day. Time is something we can’t buy, win, or create more of, so what we do with it each day really matters! When working towards our goals, we have to use our time wisely to succeed.

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we learn that we can live our best lives when we choose to be intentional and disciplined with the time we are given. It takes doing what we have to do before what we want to do in order to stay on track.

When we get clear on what needs to be done first each day, and then do it... our lives will improve. Using a calendar and scheduling time for hobbies and fun times is a great way to make sure every minute counts! Tune in to learn more.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How time is a non-renewable resource.
  • Why what we do with our time really matters.
  • That it’s important that we are disciplined with the time we have each day.
