Failing To Improve | CTDP 316

[[EMBEDDED_PLAYER]]

Everyone experiences loss and failure while on the journey to becoming our best selves. Perhaps you haven’t reached a deadlift goal at the gym and no matter what you’ve tried, you just aren’t strong enough yet.

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” Drewbie shares J.K. Rowling’s journey of how she started out as a single mom, writing a book about wizards on napkins at a coffee shop. She didn’t get a lot of support, nor did she reach success until over a decade later.

It often takes quite a few failures before we find the success we are looking for. We fail, adapt…and then experience failure once again before we start seeing the results we are looking for. Keep doing the work and give yourself the room you need to improve. Tune in to learn more.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How every loss can be a necessary lesson for growth.
  • Why failing leads to improvement.
  • That you have to keep failing and doing the work if you are not where you want to be.

Favorite Quote:

“Get out there...keep failing...keep improving.”
