Do Not Fall For Someone Else's Limitations | CTDP Ep. 63

[[EMBEDDED_PLAYER]]

When we were children, our parents set certain limitations on us in order to “keep us safe”. They told us to only ride our bikes so far and to be home before dark. As adults, we continue to run into limitations that others try to set for us, such as telling us we can’t run a marathon or mountain bike because we might get hurt.

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we are reminded just how remarkable and capable we truly are! When others worry and try to give us their fear, we must remember that those are their limitations and not our own! We can achieve anything we set our minds to when we show up and do the work!

Are you willing to live your life based on someone else's fear? The four-minute mile was once considered impossible…until it wasn’t. Someone decided for themselves that they could do the “impossible”, and so they did. Now the four-minute mile is run by people all over the world! It is unacceptable to live by others' limitations! YOU WILL SUCCEED! Tune in to learn more.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How we’re all raised with limiting beliefs.
  • Why breaking apart limiting beliefs opens the floodgates for everyone to do the same.
  • That you will achieve your greatness when you choose to step out of limiting beliefs, and into a mindset that says “YES I CAN…and YES I WILL!”

 Favorite Quote:

“Don’t fall for the idea that someone else's limitations are your own.”
