Controlling Your Reactions | CTDP 274

We are passionate and driven individuals. Being a quick problem solver sets us apart as entrepreneurs and pushes us forward. How we might react to the stress of it all, is not always a blessing to our lives or to those around us.

When we receive information that’s upsetting at work, it makes us anxious and we tend to overreact. It’s easy to worry about what could go wrong, but not everything requires an immediate reaction.

On this episode of “Crushing The Day,” we are told that it’s time to change how we react. Some situations are not in our control, but if we take charge of our emotions, then we can avoid creating bigger issues that can keep us from becoming our most elite selves. Tune in to learn more.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How we all tend to overreact to the little things.
  • Why not everything requires an immediate reaction.
  • That we are in control of how we respond in every situation.

Favorite Quote:

“Instead of reacting to your emotions take some time to reflect and think about the end outcome you are looking for.”
